Responsibilities
- Develop high performance system and network applications on Linux, FreeBSD or other UNIX platforms
- Develop Cloud based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) networking services
- Develop and maintain CI workflows of testable, maintainable code
- Develop and Improve internal tooling and automation
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, address functional and performance issues
- Develop modern, user-friendly Frontends for existing or new Services
Qualifications and Requirements
- Programming knowledge: C/C++/Shell/Python/Other
- Good Linux background
- Knowledge of Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, XML), and internetworking protocols (e.g. IP, TCP and HTTP)
- Excellent verbal and written Greek and English communication skills
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Desirable attributes
- Software development experience, tools and methodologies
- Exposure to cloud services: OpenStack/AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
- Exposure to VMware and/or XenServer virtualization environments
- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML5, AngularJS or similar frameworks
